If you can only inspect one area of a home and it has a foundation crawlspace, inspecting the crawlspace would be the top priority. This session covers concrete foundations and all aspects of floor framing, as well as seismic considerations and drainage. We will cover problems caused by wet conditions and ventilation. The session will answer questions regarding what to call out, what to refer, and how to present conditions to clients.
