This class is geared toward the startup home inspector and covers all aspects of marketing a newer home inspection business: taking control and creating a marketing plan that will make your phone ring and set the foundation for a successful business with leads generated from multiple sources.


Amy Kleptach


Amy Kleptach was born and raised in Canton, OH, and attended Slippery Rock University in Pennsylvania.

Amy worked as an outside salesman with small business owners and homeowners for eleven years. She became the sales trainer for a 125-person sales team, and traveled the eastern United States training the salesmen on the product and sales skills.

Since 2009, Amy has been co-owner of TK Home Inspection with her husband, Terry. She is the office manager and is in charge of making the phone ring while Terry focuses on the inspections. Amy has authored articles for the ASHI Reporter. She has also been a CEU Instructor for the Ohio Division of Real Estate since 2013 and teaches two classes, What to Expect When You are Inspecting and Sales Skills—The Essentials for Realtors.
