The solar industry has been around for many years; solar itself has been utilized for many thousands of years.  We as home inspectors are seeing more and more of it on houses we inspect.  It’s a good income stream as a add on or stand-alone for inspectors who are properly trained in what to look for and understanding how solar works as well as identifying the different components that are utilized.  This presentation is an introduction to what Solar PV is, the various components involved in making it work and how to evaluate them.  We will also discuss solar equipment used to heat pool water and water heater water.

You can’t get any more GREEN than this.
