One of the most complicated rooms in any home is the kitchen. All of the electric, plumbing, cabinets, and ventilation is found in this one room. It’s the inspector’s responsibility to evaluate all of those things and come to some conclusion as to their function and condition. In this presentation we will explain and discuss the different appliances that are found in most modern kitchens today: not only the regular everyday appliances but also the unique ones that are found in a lot of high-end homes.
There are many changes taking place with appliance technology and how the computer influence is taking hold. Also, the GREEN approach for appliances is a factor in todays market.
