In this session, I will explain or break down the marketing I used to grow my home inspection company from a single man operation to 27 home inspectors.   I will actually break it down into three ways to market and grow your home inspection business.  First, I will talk about how to grow your home inspection business online through reviews, videos and articles.  Secondly, I will talk about how to grow your home inspection business through marketing realtors.  I will expand on this, including, but not limited to, teaching or sponsoring real estate CE, training at real estate sales meetings, lunch and learns, and helping with realtor events and charities.  Last, I will talk about a new way to market your home inspection business.


Preston Sandlin


Preston Sandlin owns a multi-inspector firm, Home Inspection Carolina in Charlotte, NC, which also performs inspections in Asheville, NC, and Raleigh, NC.   He has been in the home inspection business for more than 21 years and has seen many changes and innovations.  Preston is also the host of The Successful Home Inspector Podcast Show, where he interviews successful home inspectors, vendors and real estate agents.  Preston attributes all his success in the home inspection industry to the process of elimination.   He has made just about every mistake you could make on his way to finding out what works.
